Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer flat rate shipping of $6 OR free shipping on order over $75 for all domestic orders.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-8 business days.

International Shipping
We currently ship to the U.S.A only. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

How Do I Check My Order Status?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. 

Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at aromacologyco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to make things right. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
