At Aromacology Co., we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. Because our items are made in small batches, we do not offer full refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will happily replace the item for you at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send an email to aromacologyco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

Once approved, we will send a replacement item as quickly as possible.
Exchanges & Returns

We currently do not accept general returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products.

Only items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for replacement.
